Reviews
"Super convenient next door to the train station. Really friendly, far and efficient service - everyone seems to work well as a team. Oysters were huge. Fresh and wonderful with a great pico / cocktail type mix of onion/capers, etc. Fish and onion rings were both great. While the batter was crispy and crunchy but not too thick to cover the taste of everything, both the fish and onions were thick and dense. Very filling!"
"Perfect spot to end your hiking trail along the cliffs and through the hills of Howth. I recommend the oysters, they're super fresh. Lovely atmosphere and friendly service! Kudos to the staff, they have excellent working ethics! By the way, try the Irish coffee. Unlike another bar claims, this is the best Irish coffee in town."
"Food was great. Servers were busy but they kept up well with the orders. Nice to see a menu with a few extra non seafood dishes. Yes I know I'm on the coast, but I appreciate the variety of items."
"This is a great pub situated directly outside Howth rail station so very easy to get to. Went for the smoked salmon sandwich which was excellent, and a great beer selection too. The pub itself has plenty of outdoor seating, lovely and dark and moody inside with a proper pub fit out."
"Food was great and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately they had one of the dirtiest toilets I've seen. Really let the place down...."
