"Went for food here last weekI was very impressed. The host welcomed me and my partner straight away and sat us at our table. We both chose the Sunday roast. Food was nice and the portion was generous. Service was very attentive and we both felt really looked after even though the restaurant was very busy with a number of partys ongoing. Would recommend anyone try here and enjoy a nice stroll along the pier after."
"It all started very well but once the mains arrived the staff completely forgot about our existence. We asked for a second sparkling water which never arrived. The boyfriend even raised his arm twice to try and grab their attention. We gave up on dessert. He Just went to the reception area to pay. The waitress then remembered and came to the table (where I still was) and began to clear the mains plates. We are currently at home having tea and biscuits. Nothing worse than a bad service. The food quality didn’t make up for it either. Never again."
"Absolutely beautiful food and service was second to none. Cocktails were lovely also. I've eaten in a good few places since my move to Ireland 7 years ago and this is most definitely the best to date. Thank you for a lovely experience that's finally worth the hype."
"Fantastic food and very caring staff! Beautiful location, unfortunately still not fully open but nevertheless worth to visit for dinner with friends or family."
"This trip was our first proper dining out experience in a year. I've been to other places with cut down menus and reduced staffing due to the difficult year we've all had. However, this was the first booking I was really looking forward too. I'm very happy to say my expectations were far exceeded. Lovely table with a sea view set in a warm and calming environment. Excellent staff and overall dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious. A lovely cut of fillet steak cooked to perfection, and a lovely crab meat bruschetta. Excellent desserts and cheese board. The kids menu was also made with high quality ingredients and delicious, or so my kids told me. It was worth the two week wait to get a table on the weekend. We will certainly book and return again. 5 stars."
