"If I had the opportunity to give 0 stars, I would. The chemist is awful, my relative has a monthly prescription and every single time they either have medication missing, they state it's been issued (which is not true) or they tell you to come back later and when you arrive, they still haven't made it up. As someone suffering with a heart condition, it's awful that they cause more upset and anxiety because it's an absolutely gamble on whether or not you will get medication that day. The worst incident was being without medication for 2 weeks as they don't know how to communicate properly. I had been hopeful, that after a major shake up they would have improved, but they are still seriously dropping a ball. It really is unacceptable that my relative now has to collect and check their medication in the actual store so they don't get accused of lying about not having their medication so frequently. Unfortunately, from what I have seen across the city, a lot of chemists are in a similar position."
"Shocking service and rude staff. Had to make two trips today to collect medication, first visit waited over 30 minutes, second visit took over an hour only to be told the medication was out of stock until tomorrow. No separate queue for customers purchasing items in-store."
"Avoid having your emergency prescription sent to this pharmacy. You will find yourself standing in the most ridiculously slow queue, Saturday morning 17 people in the queue and it's just not bloody moving, slower than a snail having a picnic. Seriously avoid if you have a short temper."
"I don’t understand why Well now closes every single day, at 2:20pm.. it’s a massively early closing time, considering it used to be 8pm. They put a handwritten sign up every day, to say they’re closing at 2:20, but no explanation whatsoever. Not only that, but waiting in a queue for an hour, when I suffer badly with Fibromyalgia, is not helpful. I was in severe pain afterwards and could hardly sit down. No seats for the elderly/disabled to sit and wait either. It’s awful. The rare times I’ve been able to get a prescription, they’ve been great, but most of the time, I can’t wait in an hour queue, watching them serve nobody and I would usually collect my prescription on school run, but this isn’t possible at all, when they close 5 hours early."
"Was told they had both medications for my prescription. There was a disproportional wait. Got home only one part of my prescription had been dispensed the rest was on back order. Very annoying as I specifically asked before asking them to fill my prescription. Had they told me when I asked I would have gone somewhere else. As a minimum they should have told me when they gave me my order. Nothing was said!"
