"This Branch of Asda’s cafe upstairs is disgusting cold food and not even cooked properly and RUDE STAFF All the food ordered was horrible and not cooked properly everything was just warm not hot, chips were nasty. Older women in particular had attitude and was disrespectful. AVOID at all cost!"
"Store is easy access with plenty of parking for the disabled, baby as well. Instore it is well laid out with well stocked shelves,on the down side the staff who do the online orders need to give respect and be polite when doing the picking to instore shoppers,on the comments about parking issues it's a knock effect from a full car park so customers park in any 0ther available spaces."
"Good as always apart from people parking in the Click & Collect spaces that should not be there. People with blue badges are meant to park in disabled bays which are marked. The 4 Click & Collect spaces have no markings but huge signs on walls & notice boards next to spaces stating "Click & Collect" yet blue badge holders still parking there. Please read the signs as to where you can park as there is dedicated "Blue Badge Disabled Bays" there is "Mother & Toddler Bays"...there is 4 "Click & Collect Bays" for customers who order online but most of the time Blue Badge Holders are parked in them which causes problems for Customers who are collecting their online orders. Please read signs, be respectful & mindful of other customers. I'm sure if it was the other way round & anybody without Blue Badges parked in a Disabled Bay...Blue Badge Holders would be complaining within seconds to Staff !"
"First and foremost- the car park here is dangerous. I've parked here multiple times and ended up with trolley bumps and even come back to someone having tried to rip off my wing mirror. Turns out the cameras in the car park don't actually work. Tonight their trolley collector just stopped a pile of trolleys in front of my car whilst I'm trying to pull out, which then rolled in to my bonnet. The spaces are far too small and people park across multiple bays or at an angle - so if you decide to park here then there is a good chance your car will get damaged. The store isn't much better with long wait times and poor stock levels. I only come here if I have a voucher to use, but I think I'd rather pay more and just go somewhere else, you'll have a better experience and probably save the difference not having to pay for repairs to your car. Definitely one to avoid."
"Massive queues on a Friday morning, only two manned checkouts (not great for people who don't shop here often), and no trollies easily accessible for people in disabled bays. Husband had to stand by the entrance trolley bay and watch like a hawk for someone to return their Replay before we could finally get one! They've taken away 4 disabled bays and turned them into 'grocery collection' bays, and moved those 4 disabled bays further away. Many shelves were poorly stocked, and in utter chaos."
