"I used to have all my scripts delivered weekly by Well. Their driver told me a few weeks ago tthat they don't have a pharmacist any more and are tryinhg to recruit one, so I guess that disqualifies them from being a pharmacy! I have been forced to move to Morissons after testing the service at all the other local ones currently offered by the NHS."

"I checked their opening times today (a normal working day) 0845 to 1800. I went to the store at 1700 and it is in total darkness! The website then tells me that it closes in 40 minutes time!!! This is not the first time that this has happened either. During the first lockdown my son was collecting meds for me. He checked the opening times and arrived on his way to work as a keyworkers to find that they had changed their opening times! Also I checked with my gp that my meds would be ready for Christmas and it was confirmed that my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy on 19th December. I had not received a text from them so called in on Christmas Eve to find them closed. Christmas Eve is also a normal working day! Pharmacies are supposed to be a public service. I have now run out of my meds!"
