"So far waited 6 days for my father's prescription to be completed. IF you can get someone to answer the phone it rings and rings then goes dead conveniently. they fob you of with "we did order it don't know why it's not arrived" so far it's "been ordered," we will ring you, 4 times. Should have gone to Tescos. Terrible service."
"my wife has been unwell for many years now and I have relied on this pharmacy to not only give her the correct prescription but also advice when needed . the staff have even on a few occasions phoned and questioned the doctors because they couldn't read the dosage or something equally important. Never had a problem and quite frankly I admire their dedication to the patients health . I know when we feel unwell we think the world should revolve around us but the staff in here have to deal with hundreds of patients and if there is a long wait that is because they have to get it right , every time . I would rather wait a while and know that me wife's health is in safe hands ."
"Ok I know there are different people working and I don't want to judge the entire team but twice I WAS UNLUCKY TO BE SERVED BY very arrogant workers who asks personal questions regarding my health condition loudly while there are few customers were behind me. Perhaps I am over dramatising the situation but as an adult if I am buying a specific medication which requires no dr prescription, perhaps I know what I am doing. Not like I come to chemists and choose random box of pills, to eat them? Sorry I want a refund for those pills, it's a pretty package but pill taste horrible no flavour at all. In any case, everytime a person deals with such a indignity person starts using online services which forces a pharmacy to operate only online and eventually people end up unemployed. Conclusion, don't give people advices unless you legally obliged or asked otherwise you harming someone's mental health and potentially your and your fellow pharmacy workers employment."
"Absolutely awful. It’s the second time I have had a problem with them in the space of a couple of weeks. My consultant sent them my prescription stating that I would collect it. I rang them to ask if it was ready for collection, I was told it had gone to the dispatch team, and that they would try and get it back but it could take hours. So two hours later I call to ask if they have got it, the response I received was yes it’s here waiting for you to collect. I then had a missed call from them so rang back to find out my medication had gone ‘missing’ and was no where. After getting quite upset with the person on the phone due to this medication being extremely important I asked to speak to a manager. The manager tells me it isn’t their fault that a prescription with ‘collection’ on it went to be dispatched, and when I said you are messing up my medication she stated they were not! Bare in mind I had to asked to collect because I am not at home due to my deteriorating illness. The manager then asked if she could call me back when they had found it. I agreed, a bit later I get a call to literally say it’s here in my hand come and get it. No apology, nothing! After the last time they said they would log it as a problem, clearly they can’t fix where they are going wrong! So not only did they cause extreme confusion and a lack of my medication yet again, they have caused me to become extremely stressed with a condition that is made so much worse by stress. So thank you Lloyds pharmacy, at least own up to your mistakes!"
