"Never get your prescription right and put it down to the customer.Surely they should check the dates required and get in it right."
"Shocking.... countless events of utter disbelief and frustration over the last few years... can't understand why we didn't move sooner ..its the slowest prescription provider bar none ..alway 2 to 3 days before you get your text notification ( that's if you get a notification at all ) ..on 2 occasions they refused to give me 30mg of "said drug" as they only get 10mg 20mg or 40mg ....so I went to morrisons where common sense prevailed and they gave 3 lots of 10mg..simples ...its not rocket science. My Dr surgery condemned there ridiculous nonsensical approach and confess they have more trouble with boots on the Broadway probably than all other pharmacist put together. so note to self was stop moaning about it and go else where. Should of done it sooner."
"The pharmacists are great, but when calling up the staff can be so rude and unhelpful. Really disappointed. Questioning me about things that was incredibly judgemental and honestly quite accusational, it felt very unprofessional, very unhelpful and quite mean. Really unhappy. DO NOT USE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION SERVICE. They just stop doing it and you have to start again and I have missed medication because of it"
"Great service, even amidst a worrying pamdemic. The staff were fantastic and followed government guidelines, allowing only four in the shop at a time. So if you are going to head here during this time, expect a wait, it's for your own safety."
