"I went here this morning to get paracetamol suspension as my daughter is teething. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful and seemed desperate to get me out of there. The lady who appeared to be in charge spoke about the people waiting outside with utter contempt. In a time like this when people are uncertain and frightened a little humility and kindness goes a long way. I would have thought professionals would act better. I came out very upset and still without any paracetamol suspension for my little girl."
"This was the best Pharmacy in Plymouth, however in recent years the service offered here has declined. There is very little parking and although it has a wide doorway wheelchair users will really struggle to get in here due to the cramped parking conditions right in the front door. This pharmacy does offer the electronic prescription service straight from your doctor surgery, however we have been in to collect and the pharmacy has lost the prescription altogether. It has been sad to see this place decline in such a way and I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Such a shame."
"Very polite and friendly. Seems to be well organised as they are always prompt and precise when serving customers. If I had one thing critical to say it would have to be about need for a good dusting and polishing on the higher shelves. On the whole the place is clean and tidy but on some of the shelves, mainly the higher ones, there is a layer of dust blanketing the ornaments on display so somebody needs to take care of that. Over all I'd definitely recommend the O'Gallagher's and I have too much time on my hands."
