"Bought bed ,came in damage boxes,one damage panel,opening is not smooth but no problem . Don't mind small issues. The bigest problem is they selling wall beds with not right description. If you buy any wall bed you going to have 3 cm gap between mattress and bed end. Nothing about it at the website. Not suitable for families with kids! Be careful, dangerous beds !!! "The wrong parts were sent, the customer service team did resolve the issue quickly but it was still inconvenient. The bed didn't come with printed out instructions I had to find them online, the instructions were not very good. The hinge part of the bed was a nightmare to fit the bed onto. The bed seems filmsy for the price. Also a couple of the parts had rust on them. I wouldn't buy another one from this company."
