"Same experience as another reviewer here- Alfredo lacoangeli. The product bought were a basin tap and waste which were supposedly made from brushed brass. This should not fade out and discolour within 3-4 months of barely any use. It is cheaply made from simple metal and not brass. We hardly use the bathroom it was installed in. Avoid avoid- they have no customer care and simply blame the customer for using the product when it is under warranty! They should at the very least replace the product and not say it was ‘used’ and customer has caused the chemical corrosion otherwise the warranty will never be honoured here. Don’t waste your money or time with this bathroom company!"
