"Came in to this Argos store after receiving a faulty Apple Watch I had ordered and picked up on the same day. I struggled to get through to Argos on the phone but once I did they told me to come here. I was sceptical anything would be done when I arrived but Simon the store assistant had the watch swapped and had me on the way in the space of 5 minutes. All praise to that man I couldn’t believe it could be that easy. Simon deserves a pay rise effective immediately."
