"I cannot recommend SJ Domestics enough! My husband is in the services, & just typically both my tumble dryer & washing machine broke within a week of him being away! SJ Domestics came within 2 days of phoning & were able to help & advise me (for free!) supplying me with a brand new Hotpoint washing machine at great value, also taking my old one away within the cost (no additional cost for taking away or plumbing in like many companies!) I was also recommended that my tumble dryer could be a recall, so I called Hotpoint & it was, therefore they replaced it for me. I wouldn't have considered calling them without the advice from SJ Domestics. I have just called them again due to a small leak coming from my machine drawer, & kindly they have offered to take a look, again for no charge, before I call Hotpoint. Their service is one of a kind & I recommend them to everybody who may have a fault with their household appliances. On time, professional, understanding & a reliable, trustworthy company.
