"I warn you about my recent experience with PC World Currys and the unacceptable poor quality of their products. As a previous customer, I can confidently say that you will regret purchasing from this store. I recently had the misfortune of purchasing two HP Envy laptops from PC World Currys, and both laptops had the same problem with their hinges breaking after only a few months of use. Even though my warranty had only recently expired aweek ago, the store's service team refused to help me and was unwilling to listen to my complaint. This is unacceptable, and I strongly advise you to stay away from PC World Currys. In addition, the store's poor product quality and lack of customer support is entirely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service. If you value your money and want a quality product, do yourself a favour and consider alternative options. Research other companies that offer similar products or services and compare their reputation, customer reviews, and warranties. This will help ensure you receive a quality product and the support you need if you encounter any issues."

"Went to buy a new fridge freezer today An excellent range to choose from and an extremely helpful lady to serve us despite being alone in a massive sales area. Although run ragged she gave us her total attention. Excellent service so far, the new fridge is going to be delivered next week. Fingers crossed."

"We were missing an item and getting any form of worthwhile compensation out of Currys is nearly impossible. The re-arranging of the missing item for delivery was extremely inconvenient and the store were completely uninterested and almost couldn't be bothered helping. Don't bother with choosing a delivery day as they'll cancel your items without telling you then still have the cheek to charge you for delivery. Between the fuel used to get to the store to re-arrange delivery dates and the time off work the compensation offered from Currys wouldn't even scratch the surface. However the delivery drivers were great. They were very apologetic even though it was no fault of theirs."

"Needed to visit this store to complete a Currys trade in on a old phone with a promotion on. I initially read the reviews and thought oh god they probably won't want too help me with this as its a little time consuming. I was completely wrong. The service received was to a very high standard which to be honest I wasn't expecting from the reviews shown. When walking into the store to a staff member near the door greeted me and was more than happy to help with my query, friendly and professionally he checked store stock for me and unfortunately it wasn't available within Currys themselves, but offered delivery (Next day) and then also went out of his way to ask the Carphone Warehouse in-store staff if they could process it. Luckily enough they had stock in-store and allowed the trade in to be processed. The second staff member who dealt with the trade in, again very friendly and professional, really high standards of Customer service, the whole trade in process quick and simple! Top service."
