"Do not buy from this shop, sold me a washing machine that didn't work through the programmes, got an engineer out and it was full of dirt and sand inside the pipes, dodgy appliances, avoid this place"

"The owner has terrible customer service skills. Just the odd grunt here and there. Visited the shop on a couple of occasions, the first time we went there was no electricity bcos the owner hadn't put money on it, so we had to use our phone torches to view the items items that were further back in the shop. When we asked for prices the lad said I dont know n I cant ring the boss because I've got no credit on phone??? What kind of boss leaves the shop with no lighting and an assistant ( through no fault of his own) with no way to communicate? I tried calling the owner from my phone but no answer and no voicemail available. A dead loss."

"If could give 0 stars I would. Bought a washing dryer had two days before went wrong, they came took away and after chasing them after two weeks not hearing anything was told couldn’t be repaired then I had chase as started blanking message cause non repairable I asked for money back to be told they don’t do refunds as states on cards and they will source another and deliver. Wasn’t told this beforehand and after being online seen cards and doesn’t state no refunds at all. No paperwork given for proof of purchase or warranty! After reading others reviews looks to be a regular thing I’d avoid at all costs unless you want broken appliances and lose your money. Now looking at taking this further"

"Very unhappy with the washing machine that was delivered. No receipt! No paperwork with regard to warranty or terms and conditions. So now found out the hard way No refund! Lumbered with a washing machine where every cycle goes on for 3 hours and I have to try and drain rinse and spin to get the blastered thing to stop. GREAT!! I feel a letter to trading standards coming on."

"Extremely disappointed with this company. Originally I spent over £500 here buying bedroom furniture, a washing machine and two sofas. Unfortunately on delivery one of the larger sofas could not be turned in the narrow communal hallway which stopped it getting into the flat. The owner of the store came over and said they could take that sofa back and give me a credit note to use in store, which I was happy with. This all happened in August, and I requested shortly after that a lamp table was ordered in for me to match the living room furniture. A month went by and the table had still not arrived but the company said they had not ordered it in. However when driving past I had seen one sat in their shop window. Eventually the owner messaged me on Facebook again saying I must have the wrong company as they don't sell those items there (which I knew was a lie). Once I pointed out the table in the window the owner agreed to deliver it to myself. 3 times he did not turn up and did not even bother to message me to let me know. I demanded a refund and had to tell the owner I would have to take the matter to the police and trafing standards before they agreed to give me my refund. However, once again the owner said he would drop this off and never turned up. In the end I said I would simply collect it from the store. I would never buy from this company again. However, I've got to say the other members of staff I dealt with were nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. I personally think it appears to be the owner that is the issue."
