"Bloody atrocious service! We bought a washing machine the guys in the shop were great, the delivery and installation not so much. We noticed a pool of water in the kitchen later that day. It turns out that the delivery people had damaged our radiator putting the washing machine in, they were rude, left a mess and dumped the rubbish, all the wrapping for the washing machine outside our house on the pavement. I'm seriously not impressed guys, I was tempted to report them for fly tipping, our kitchen has been flooded because of their negligence and I've had to get my radiator fixed because of their clumsiness."
