"Came in a couple weeks ago to buy some furniture, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Ben in particular went above and beyond with helping picking out the right bed and couch and making sure I could have it for my moving day, he even managed to get me a loan sofa until mine arrives! "On 12th June we travelled over 200 miles to visit Furniture World Plymouth to view a sofa we'd seen on the website. We finally agreed on one and was told 2-4 weeks for delivery but would probably be sooner. Unfortunately nearly a year on I'm still waiting. It's been pushed back and back and the customer service has been extremely bad. Each time I phone to ask for an update I'm told I'll get a call back and I dont. This week I phoned again to be told I'd receive a call back the following day and 2 days on nothing! Not that I'm surprised. I'd tell everyone to reconsider buying anything from this store I've never experienced anything like this. It's a shame i can't give minus scores because that's what I'd prefer."

"It is so refreshing to deal with a company who genuinely regard customer satisfaction as a priority. This was the first time we had used this company and have been very pleased with the help we always received from any of the staff we met. We have had a few issues with the quality of some items of a dining set we ordered from Furniture World and they have been patient and consistent in trying to resolve all issues to our satisfaction. The Store Manager and Leanne have always been helpful by keeping us informed of the progress and arrival dates of replacement furniture. Furniture World would definitely be our first choice when we next need furniture (if they will have us back)."
