From the first telephone call, Sarah was so friendly and honest, booked me in straight away after I explained my dog is so fearful and can be aggressive and violent at times. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. Numerous other places refused, however these guys accepted the challenge! Professional, welcoming and experienced. They even worked over time untill the job was complete. Full of love and genuine care! My boy came back clean, happy and looks amazing. Highly recommended. Couldn't be happier!
