"Last week I did my PCR test to travel and the service was great! Beforehand I even had a couple of questions about the PCR test which I sent across via email and I got quick responses. Even speaking to them over the phone was great. In addition , my results came with through via email within 24hrs hours! Excellent service and will be recommending Nechells to everyone. "We had issues with a fit to fly test through a mailing company and so needed an express PCR test to board. I emailed at 10pm the night before and had an appointment, test and the results back by 3pm the next day! The person who did my 6 year olds test was patient, super friendly and put her at ease. I cannot recommend the service highly enough! Absolute dream."
"Absolutely amazing customer service! We ordered Amber arrival and Test to Release tests through Nechells. Our Day 2 and Test to Release were held up by Royal Mail but Gulam was incredibly responsive and tracked both tests down on the weekend, outside of normal business hours. Highly recommend!"
