"Where should I start from!!! What a horrid experience. I had gone for a filling to my upper right wisdom tooth. There was no kindness or pleasantries in the matter. Dr U Khalid went straight in even after I had held his arm due to the pain, he still carried on and rudely came back with Don’t touch me!!! And then added I have a drill in my hand. After I even said I will raise my hand when I am in pain, I did this twice and he still carried on. No anaesthetic was offered before hand. There was no apology or are you alright!! Dr Khalid and his assistant at no point asked me if I was ok! I did say this is the most horrible experience I have ever had. The assistant Samiya was pressing so hard with her suction on my lip that at one point my lip was forced to the side. These people do not care at all. I am shocked and horrified. Please anyone who goes to this dentist be AWARE!!! The filling was done and at the end of it all I got was ‘I have done you a favour, under the NHS guidelines that wisdom tooth would have had to come out. "I had one of my worst experience at this dental practice where they were well below par and unprofessional amateur outfit not fit for purpose. I would pre worn any one evening contemplating of using their services. I was told that they are doing patient a favor by treating them under the NHS. I have made an official complain against the principal who barged in the treatment room while I was being treated, while the dental nurse was being all in one, opening the door to patients, answering phone calls and assisting dentist treating the patient without any due care for health and hygiene that a patient deserves. I will make sure they will get what they deserve"

"Seen both the hygienist and the dentist. Both very professional, explained everything well. Very happy with the work they did. Same goes for the dental assistant. Will be returning. However the receptionist need further training on customers relations. They are the face of the business. During my waiting period on both days, I have seen the lady speaking in very blunt tone, hanging up on customers, huffing/puffing over the phone, treating them with general contempt. I was made feel bad for coming in 15 minutes early. She also made many admin errors and demanded that I pay more than what I initially agreed to after I had the treatment. Not legal. When scheduling future appointment, I was told to go to the back rooms and directly ask the dentist for availability. I thought it was their job. I hope the owner takes this feedback on board and offers appropriate training. It would do the clinic good to remember customers often have to wait over 2months for a simple appointment, routines scale and polished not offered under NHS as before, hygienist only work 2 days a month, dentistry is expensive for private patient. Customers may feel they don't get their money's / time's worth of service as before. A good and understanding receptionist can go a long way validating customers and make them feel welcome."

"Have been a client for a good few years. Service is always the best you can have, they have a very effective and professional receptionist. Procedures are always explained, they have way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I’ve had dentists before but none as good."
