"AMAZING Customer service. Always greeted with a smile. They are always happy to help over the phone or in shop. Our dogs loves going into the shop to be fussed over. Their wealth of knowledge is second to none. If you can't afford vets fees it worth just a quick question I would full recommend this pet shop for all you animals needs, birds cats dogs etc."
"This shop is a hidden gem! My dog has quite bad allergies (pollen, grain and anything that flys - chicken, turkey, duck etc). Because of his allergies, he didn't find his food very appetizing (fish kibble). We'd switched him to raw from a different company a while ago, and even then he could only tolerate the one flavour... So obviously, he got bored of that too!! Then we found Knights Pet Supplies...total game changer!! We tried him on a week's worth of their raw food, with a massive variety of different 'flavours'! Now, he can't wait for food time! He's actually stood at the kitchen door waiting for his food. I honestly can't recommend the guys and their amazing choice of dog food enough! Thank you so much for making my dog enjoy food time again!"
"5 Star worthy establishment - Staff are knowledgeable and willing to spend time chatting to you about your animals so that you can do what's best for them. Not pushy at all. All products are fairly priced. I had some great advise about raw feed for my puppy and have also swapped my older dog onto this food type. They are both thriving. Shop is full of natural treats, great selection of frozen raw. I highly recommend a visit, if you are in or around Birmingham."
