Dan arranged for me to come up with a water sample and was able to test our water in minutes then Ed helped us pick out new fish. My children loved the experience. Gotta be honest I don't normally remember to leave reviews, but my children reminded me of how kind and helpful Ed and team had been so I had to write one this time. Ps it's also very refreshing to actually be able to call the place your going to and speak with the people in the shop instead of some head office call centre somewhere 100miles away."
"I have been going to Pet's at Home to get advice and items for my new puppy Merlin and for our rescue cat's (I've never had cat's before!) Pet's at Home have been extremely helpful with advice and ordering items for me! When I go in with Merlin they always greet Merlin and remember his name and give him a fuss. It's a big store but they take the time to remember your pets name and come from behind the counter to fuss your dog! The personal touch means a lot to me!"
