"Have had my tennis rackets done a few times here, strings always done perfectly and quickly."
"After less than 3 weeks and perhaps 2-3 times wearing shoes I ordered from Sutton Sports the sole completely broke off. I contacted the company and they said they can pay 25% which is a joke (shoes cost around £25 and I spent almost £10 on the glue which didn’t help anyway). I politely responded that’s not ok, and I received an email that they WITHDRAW the offer. So not only now I have broken shoes that I had to pay for, but also paid for glue to stick them. I never met with such scandalous behavior and customer treatment."
