"Worst jd I have ever been to, no customer service. Went to return trainers which were purchased for £92 and the sales assistant at the till had no clue & processed a refund for £11, She called her colleague who again had no idea- he then processed a refund for £23 and asked if it was ok? Lol what a joke. Ended up getting the full refund after having to explain so many times & kept showing them the receipt. No communication with staff & no knowledge on how to process refunds. Worst jd’s. Gone downhill."
"By far the worst JD in the UK. I visited this branch this evening and I made a purchase along with my older brother. Firstly, their changing rooms were closed and this is always the case which means there are no changing rooms. We wanted to try a tracksuit because we wasn’t sure on the sizes and we felt like we had no choice but purchase it because of this reason. As we looked at more clothing items in the store we witnessed an incident with the manager of the store and a customer and the manager did not handle the situation as well as a manager should have done. This store needs major improvement they never pick up the phone and the service isn’t the best. A huge disappointment the fact that JD SPORTS is a large shop across the UK and there service is still not good enough."
"Done a click and collect order as i have a small baby to take with me everywhere, the store was empty when i went in, i gave details and was told to go to the shoe section and my order will be brought out. Waited 35 minutes with a young child who was distressed asked the lady who served me twice and she just sail "well you'll have to bare with us, asked 2 other people in the footwear section and again same answer. Seen another member of staff walk past and i told him how long i was waiting and he said hell find out, only then 35 minutes later did someone come out with my parcel. The staff are a joke the managers are huffing and puffing, the staff just stand around chatting while customers are waiting. Maybe the higher managment need to offer their employees some customer service training."
"Honestly feel anxious shopping in JD everytime I go to any branch , reason being is the customer service is atrocious , this particular branch the staff act like they are being forced to work there , always have a resting angry face and no customer service at all, borderline aggressive and realy rude. Not very approachable at all, realy puts you off , it’s like the brand image JD have is to have stuck up workers in their stores who think they have fell out of the sky because any customer interaction seems forced , no Thankyou , no hi , no manners at all and the tills especially you won’t even get eye contact please avoid rather shop online if you want to purchase overpriced goods from them"
"Some of the stuff are good and some are not . the prices are high compared to similar stores"
