"Just been in to buy la trainers crappie customer service except from the girl in there today who put them behind the till for me.I got to the till where you have a guy on a phone call making paying customers wait for 20 mins while he is on hold. So I walked out and left the trainers I'm a regular at jd and all I see is understaffed poorly run store Mr jd keep your shoes ill go somewhere else"
"Asian girl was Customer service had umbrella in her hand, and was swinging it, she hit me hard in my elbow. If she’s at work, what the hell she’s doing with umbrella."
"The website said it's open at 10 AM. Had to wait until 10.30 for it to open. Asked a young man if I could try on 3 pairs of adidas trainers. We waited 10 minutes even though we were the only couple in there waiting to try on trainers. Only 2 pairs brought out. The young lady who served us was lovely but apart from that the service wasn't great!"
"There is very little room for a wheelchair user to get through the various sections. Most of the staff stand around talking to each other but don't have time to assist customers. I asked for an item in a particular size and just got told " no we havent got any". The guy didn't even look and i couldn't look for myself as the items were high up and I'm in a wheelchair. There was only 1 member of staff that we found helpful and pleasant (ginger haired young man). He also seemed to be the only 1 doing any work. Approached the cash desk and the young lady on the till had a face like a wet weekend,; no greeting, no chat.... I bought 1 item and decided to take the rest of my business elsewhere I found the whole shopping experience daunting, like I wasn't welcome or wanted. Seriously, the staffing attitudes needs to be addressed."
"Came into store today. staff didnt ask if needed any help could see was avoiding looking my way. when we did get somebody he was rude. so I went to sports direct and brought two pairs trainers instead."
