"Britannia Property is a accomodation and property agency on Bristol Road. I first went in there to find out if they had accomodation. The receiving staff was warm and helpful. All through the process of getting my place, the service remained so. Although I didn't get a physical viewing of the property, just pictures. It isn't a bad agency to use for accomodation. Review: This agency is not straightforward and honest in their dealings. They have been stressing me since I got a place out in one of their apartment."

"If I could I would have given them 0 stars. Just a bunch of lying and scheming people. TL;DR: BRITANNIA lies to their tenants and makes living conditions worse. They only care about making a quick buck praying on students who don't have time to complain. Without proper warning they have decided to remove access to our communal kitchen and living room for 3 months under the pretence of improving our living conditions with new development. When confronted about it with complaints about noise and workers around the property they have promised us that no further work will be done until the end of our tenancy. Obviously they have lied and the next 3 months we had to deal with workers around our property working until midnight, smoking under our windows, making noise with power tools and smells from paint and building materials around thr property. No matter how often we complained Britannia didn't care as they just wanted to add extra rooms to the property to make more money next year. Given that most of us were final year students this has really disturbed our studies. My recommendation is to avoid those people at any cost as they might seem helpful as first but once you sign the contract they will stop all their efforts."
