"Had a great stay, everyone was polite and friendly even down to the house keepers in the corridors. One particularly stood out I think her name was Suzanne. Hotel room was nice and clean as you'd expect. Hope on reception was bright and bubbly and always smiling. Great team and stay!"
"We had two rooms, one a good, comfortable size, the other rather pokey. There was a lot of noise coming from heavy footsteps above us, which lasted into the early hours both nights. I'm not sure whether we were under a corridor or just unlucky that the guests in the room above us were moving round a lot. Breakfasts were OK, but perhaps Premier Inn could invest in a decent coffee machine????"
"Inadequate heating heating for December. In fact no heating on the morning of the 26th December. There was only one high backed chair in the room, no easy chairs although there were two occupants. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and there were no chairs available when we questioned it. Not the answer we hoped for, so never again."
"Friendly staff..clean room. Had fan on ready on arrival. Bed so comfy and spacious. Only issue was breakfast too early and attached to pub. Had money refunded immediately missed breakfast as wasn't made clear breakfast closes at 09. 30am and pub staff not helpful just said cooked breakfast closed only pastries left. Shame as Premier vacate time is 12."
"Staff were very helpful, the room was smallish but clean. Buses into Sutton Coldfield town centre and Birmingham stop almost outside. Breakfast was good (at some Premier Inns it's not) and the staff serving it were friendly and helpful. There wasn't the usual coffee machine, come on Premier Inn, the staff here are some of your best, give them a coffee machine for guests who want a morning latte. I only drink black coffee, what the staff provided was good for my breakfast."
