"Rude African staff most the staff who laugthed an no time for residents. Rooms rock burns in the curtains and bed spread. All druggies an pizz heads many beggers in the place. Stayed in 08 an got myself a flat as staff got no fker a place just stories they would. 97% needed burning in the hole."
"Dont deserve one star yet they waste peoples time"
"Staff seem friendly and very helpful. Other residents of course can be hit and miss but if you haven't got many choices there are definitely worse places."
"Has to be the rowdiest crowd I've ever seen. The residents here are the sharp edge of Birminghams homeless - the guys you'll see on the streets with sleeping bags over their shoulders and McDonalds coffee cups in their hands. The staff here seem a little disorganised at first sight but don't be deceived - they're right on the ball and they do a good job with it too. I got moved on to a decent place in just three weeks with the bare minimum of fuss and hassle. The rooms are pretty decent and they come in groups called "Clusters" and each cluster has a shared toilet and shower room. Although not particularly clean, the rooms are spacious and more than adequately furnished. From the outside it looks like it's just a housing block, but inside there's a large garden with the building built around it in a square formation. It gives the impression that once upon a time this building might have been quite a desirable residence. The food here is really good: three full and hearty meals a day starting with a full cooked breakfast, then a hot lunch with dessert midday and sandwiches and salad as an evening meal. I can honestly say that I've never eaten as good as this anywhere I've been. There is also an emergency night shelter here. Basically this is a few camping beds in the communal T.V. and Games room. The problem here is that it's pretty pointless: nobody really sleeps at all and it's a case of just getting through the night as best you can. In summer it would be better to sleep outside. Overall a decent service. Just don't expect too much in the way of peace and quiet!"
"It what you make of it!! Good, friendly staff. Good cooks and food. Its a stepping stone.. Step wisely. Thankyou to all staff there."
