"I know this hotel and I know the area very well. The hotel is a bit of a dump and I believe is currently housing asylum seekers. The area its in is the pitts and is either old factory's or buildings sites for flats. Its a long dingy walk in the city centre. If your visiting Birmingham, I wouldn't recommend staying there."
"Lovely staff. I delivered to them and me being cheeky went back 20 mins for the toilet. Let me in and use their toilets no fuss. Us drivers really can appreciate that when you get cut short. Thank you to all the staff"
"This place can either be great to be at or worse. The rooms are very lovely and somewhat neat, some of the staff are nice and friendly however there is the odd one that is very rude and impolite. The location is a great walking distance from Birmingham city centre, there is also a bus 50 that goes by the property street. The hotel needs A lot of work done, hence the 3 star. The best part of the building structure is how the down stairs area looks, mainly the reception and waiting area."
