"Friendly staff with nice rooms for temporary accommodation"
"24 hours security and safety for families and children this is very important for everyone. Understanding Be safe. Rugby House is working 24 hours 7 days a week for 50 families day and night. We never had any problems because staff has been there for us allways. I would like to thank to manager and others staff. Have been beyond and above the point to help others. Same day service if any problems. We been here last year 24th October 2022 and today is 9th March 2023 All Rugby Houses wanted to accepted clean and follow the rules That is really good for people. Many thankful from my family Shumail Ali"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would, the staff are sooo rude, never once the whole time I was there did the say hi or good morning. The room they gave me, omg it was nasty. The door to the bathroom didn't close or lock, there were no table or chairs so my 2yr old had to eat his food on the nasty floor, it was full of white crusty stuff which I would rather not think about. The room smelt sour, there is a massive cobweb going from one end of the netting to the other, and most importantly there was an exposed socket, which if my son had of touched it would have killed it him. I reported it the next day but it didn't actually get fixed until the day I moved out. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."
"This place needs to consider health and hygiene and the effects it may have on the occupants. Update this place please, just a bit of paint and tidying up would do. Its appalling but you are left with no choice if you want a bed for yourself and your kids. Its not attractive in there. My babies were really young, weeks old but had to sleep on a double mattress with me, no consideration for their safety. No way I would've left them to sleep on those sheets so used their blankets and clean towels instead. We barely spent time on there, just at night to sleep. With the amount of money you get to accommodate all these people, the least you could do is give people an enjoyable time. Fix up please. And the council themselves are no different."
