Additionally, Dandarah also provides group performances for cultural events all around New Zealand.

Our journey began in 2014 when Mirian Caberlon moved to Wellington and opened her belly dance classes. Since then, we have become a reference for belly dance in New Zealand, offering shows, events, and classes throughout the country, as well as online courses. The name of our school, Dandarah, is inspired by the Egyptian temple of the same name. Just like the temple of Hathor, the ancient Egyptian goddess of the sky, women, dance, and love, our school embodies beauty, positive energy, and a sacred essence. We have created a space of empowerment, well-being, celebration, and connection through the art of dance.
