At Nuanua Kindergarten, we take immense pride in our teachers who are fluent in these languages and incorporate them into all our learning experiences and activities. Our brand new building, which was opened in 2015, boasts state-of-the-art facilities that provide an ideal learning environment for our young learners. Additionally, we operate as a community, known as Nuanua village, where we offer space for various community activities and services, further reinforcing our commitment to holistic education.

Each morning, our students come together for Lotu (devotions), starting their day on a positive note with blessings that set the tone for the day ahead. This is also a time for us to warmly welcome new children and families to our close-knit Nuanua village, ensuring that everyone feels valued and included.

Throughout the year, we celebrate traditional cultural events such as Samoan language week, independence day, Tokelauan Language week, and other national days that hold significance for our families and cultures. These celebrations are filled with joyous music, vibrant dance performances, and delicious food, allowing our students to embrace their cultural heritage with pride.

At Nuanua Kindergarten, we prioritize excellence in education. All our teachers are 100 per cent qualified and registered, and we hold first aid qualifications to ensure the safety and well-being of our students. Our teaching team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds, including Samoan, Tokelauan, Maori, and Scots, all united in our dedication to providing high-quality education for our children.
