"The plastic free range products are amazing. The manager is super friendly and always so helpful and gives a lot of great advice. Today however he wasn't present and instead another staff called Thea was there and was very unfriendly and even after I paid, she just didn't acknowledge me to say if the card payment was approved or not. She was just standing there ignoring me and I had to ask her if my payment was alright and everything was done. Maybe she can learn from the manager how to acknowledge customers better and if she's having a bad day then don't bring the attitude to work."
