"I've been sent several surveys by Woolworths Metro, and every time I tell them that staffing at BWS needs to be addressed. Having the store closed for over 30 minutes before midday is baffling. You have two adjacent businesses: ensure that you have staff trained with RSAs at Metro and pull them over to BWS during break time. It's not like we don't have folk looking for work in our community. When staff is present, they are polite and provide quality service. The range of the store is decent. PS: I love the gift bags with the skulls on them."
"I bought a gift bag together with a wine to give as a Christmas gift to my friend. I later realise there were skulls as decorations on the bag when I already hand in the gift to my friend and no idea how he is going to feel to have this bag as Christmas gift! That's not funny to put skulls on a gift bag !!! and sell it for $3.5 !!! Given I was not warn by the sales assistant!!! I'm so disappointed by BWS."
