"It's a supermarket. It's fairly big and clean. They change the aisles around so it takes longer to find what you're looking for. The staff are quite prompt to offer assistance when needed. It's mostly self-serve checkout. Prices could be more reasonable for the quality but overall it is fine."

"I might be biased for this review as a regular coles shopper, but this woolworths feels crowded, dark, and crampt. I feel the pricing is pretty much for muchness between the major chains, however woolworths has never peaked my interest to much as our main grocer. "I have visited belconnen wollworth this afternoon to returun $2.50 bakery product and standing rhere more rhen 10 min that asking one girl where is thay man je said he went inaide to call the manaer after 10 min and the manaher came ..The manager JEEVAN was the third claas and very very cheap guy do not apologies and showing me hos worst attitude...telling me we will not give you cash back even I have receipt what I have purchased and just bought it on 17/4 whixh is yesterday and today is 18/4.. Telling me I am the manager I can decide to take this back ..or exchange or refund as per the policy..He said you can buy anything and I can swap that is the WhatWhat ONLY POLICY..I request him show me the policy??He refused as there is no policy like this in woolworth.I said I am running late for my movie atleasr give me the Gift voucher whixh I can use it..He said NO..What I want is talk to the customer nicley and with requestly understanding them situationHe should learn how to behave or take classes but got manager level job and showing client his bad and cheap attitude ..Not deserving any customer support JOB"
"I had a very disappointing experience at the Woolworths in Belconnen. Not only did the staff try to sell me pork, which is against my religious beliefs as a Jewish person, but they also tried to push me into buying my least favorite snack, bluey cheese crackers. When I declined their offer, they became rude and disrespectful, and even went as far as kicking me out of the store. I was deeply offended by their lack of consideration and professionalism. It's unacceptable for any business to disregard their customers' beliefs and preferences, and I strongly advise anyone who shares similar values to avoid this store. I hope that Woolworths management takes note of this incident and takes steps to ensure that it doesn't happen to anyone else in the future."
