"I had a couple of very good experiences with Officeworks Belconnen, one was over the phone, I think it was with Anna, and another one when I went to the store in person and helped by Jaidon. They both were very professional and very helpful unlike other branch in the city. I called other branch to ask for a product, only was to be told to check on the website, but these staff in Belconnen were patiently guiding you and helped you, really customer oriented! Highly recommended to go there. Thank you."
"Print and copy self serve machines are a waste of time. I spent an hour loading only 12 photos only for the machine to crash and restart as I went to checkout. The last time I came to use them prior the EFTPOS machine didn't work after I had spent the same amount of time loading everything. Also no staff are there to assist when this happens, even when you try to call attention. The store wasn't busy at all either, seems like the staff avoid the area because they don't want to deal with all of the issues these machines have. Probably better waiting for your photos and buy them online"
"Never enough staff and those who are there have no product knowledge. There is someone employed to stand at the door and greet people as they enter but they have no idea what the store sells and can't actually help with any inquiries. Floor staff (when you can actually find someone) treat customers like we're a nuisance. Queue at print counter is ridiculously long and there is no separate queue for those who are just quickly collecting orders placed online. If you have the option of shopping somewhere else, you should."
