"A BIG THANK YOU to Nathan for acting quickly to rectify my online order, which was mishandled by the delivery driver. Nathan promptly resolved the issue and handed the order to me at the store. However, I must express my disappointment with the individual I spoke to on the phone when I called the click and collect number. They instructed me to go to the front desk, but then seemed to ignore me completely, not responding to my calls. This left me waiting for 25 minutes feeling quite foolish, and I can't help but wonder if other click & collect customers have faced similar experiences. As a business customer, I had anticipated receiving my delivery on the first day. Unfortunately, due to a delivery driver's failure to meet the timeline, the delivery was rescheduled to the following day between 8 am and 10 am. To my surprise, the delivery was further postponed to the afternoon of the same day without any prior communication from Coles about this change. This situation has raised serious concerns about the reliability of Coles' services. It appears that it might be time to consider trying out Woolworths instead."

"The Customer service manager "LIZ" is very rude and unprofessional. I bought a Vodafone sim for $2 and after 2 minutes I realise I picked the wrong SIM. I went to replace the SIM immediately. Rather than saying SIM cannot be refunded nicely once its has been checked out. She STARED at me, said it in a very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TONE when it comes to refund. Would highly recommend to Coles higher management, please send her on training so that she can learn some basic MANNERS and learn how to talk to the customers without making any faces."
