"Never been disappointed but this time and so much so that I am taking this time to write a review. I had a visitor with me and she took a snack without realizing that the frozen street food was a bit pricey. While checking out at the counter, my guest kept it back when we realized that the snack is a bit expensive. The shop was pretty empty, and we had only two snacks to pay for. As soon as my guest got to know the price, she kept the snack back and apologized to the lady for the inconvenience. The lady started making faces and was unnecessarily rude and aggressive toward my guest and it was really off-putting. Definitely need better soft skills training."
