Welcome to Breamlea Caravan Park, a hidden gem nestled in the unique coastal village of Breamlea on the stunning south coast of Victoria, Australia. Conveniently located midway between Barwon Heads and Torquay, this charming establishment offers a perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing holiday experience.
Situated less than 100 kilometers from Melbourne and only 20 kilometers from Geelong, Breamlea Caravan Park boasts the closest surf beach to both cities. Just a leisurely two-minute stroll along designated tracks through the dunes will lead you to the breathtaking Bancoora Ocean Beach. Here, the Bancoora Surf Life Saving Club diligently patrols the beach during weekends from summer to early autumn, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. The curling waves of Bancoora are a favorite among board riders and bodysurfers, while anglers can try their luck at the beach or along the nearby Thompsons Creek. Nature enthusiasts will also delight in the abundance of walks along designated dune tracks and the mesmerizing wetlands.
Starting from April 1st, 2022, the management of Breamlea Caravan Park will be transferred to the esteemed coastal land manager, Barwon Coast Committee of Management Inc. (Barwon Coast). With a commitment to caring for the coast and meeting the needs of the community, Barwon Coast will ensure that the coastline at Breamlea flourishes under their stewardship.

The park features a range of powered camping and caravan sites, as well as comfortable one and two-bedroom Eco Villas. The park layout ensures that guests are never far from the two amenity blocks, a recreation room with table tennis and air hockey, or the BBQ shelter. The park office also houses a well-stocked general store and café, providing convenience and essentials for a memorable stay.

"Nice little caravan park if you just want to relax. Away from the hustle and bustle (this can be good or bad depending on your trip)"
"What a lovely quiet caravan park so perfectly positioned. The beach on your doorstep and a fabulous wetland at the gate. Away from the rat race but an easy short drive to all you could need."
"A great little caravan park in the quiet hamlet of Breamlea. Generous sites with access to power and water (although you may need 20m+ of hose and power lead). Amenities are well looked after and cleaned twice each day. Highly recommend sites 200 & 201 for a pair of cans as they have a sheltered picnic table between them. Camp kitchen does not have cooking facilities but there is a BBQ nearby."
"A very nicely located but tired old park in the process of rejuvenation. Much love by many who come here after every Christmas, those with annual sites, and families with kids. As many sites are sloping and very tight, it is generally more suitable for small vans, camper trailers and tents than for larger caravans. Amenities are fairly good, and the receptionist was rather lovely. Whilst a pleasant 250 metre walk across the dunes will get you to a magnificent beach, the park is also within 15 minutes of Barwon Heads or Torquay. The park is very crowded and the sites are very expensive during peak times between Christmas and New Year, which is to be expected."
"Just had 3 lovely days at this very peaceful caravan park. Facilities are very good and clean, the park is in a really lovely position. Very warm welcome on arrival. Highly recommend staying here and we will certainly return at some point."
