"Our cat Charli was nearly 16 years old and with worsening urinary and kidney issues. The Vet team were absolutely wonderful in looking after us. They took her in for an appointment on a Saturday afternoon at short notice and they helped us through a very sorrowful time in making the decision to say goodbye. The team were so kind and caring and let her pass with gentleness and dignity. They even sent us a sympathy card. We are ever so grateful."
"Richmond Vet Clinic's team is absolutely stunning. We went through a really tough time with our dog Booger. But through it all we had the exceptional care of the veterinary team, with weekly/fortnightly e-mailing of ongoing monitoring of his diabetes, and the incredible empathy of the administrative staff. When we get our next furry friend we'll be returning definitely. Thank you team."
"Worst Vet experience I have ever had. Scammers. Do not have your pet have surgery here if you don't want to be taken advantage of. I brought my dog in to have a tooth removed and in the 'pre' surgery appointment I raised an issue to the Receptionist, The Vet and then later that day I called the nurse to make sure they were aware as well. No one addressed the issue I had asked to be addressed. I then had to come back in post surgery to see the Vet AGAIN due to this error and was charged AGAIN despite their lack of care. I Called to request a refund as I had just paid close to $2k for the tooth removal as well as paying for the pre surgery appointment and then when I had to come back due to their error they charged me again. This clinic is truly a money grab who do not respect its patients."
"If I could go back in time, wish I never took my puppy here. Spent thousands of dollars and NOTHING was treated. The vets were lovely people (excluding the male vet - disgusting and heartless) but most of the vets lacked experience. No treatment plan until my poor puppy’s life was about to end, and that’s when one of the junior vets called another vet during the our last consultation there, and suggested to take my puppy to a specialist. By then it was already too late. Useless vets and no communication between them."
