"Worst chemist in the area and the most unprofessional and rude manager SETI that i have seen in my entire life i hope I could give 0 To them the manager is the most incompetent person i haver ever delt with SETI he was embarrassed me in front of everyone and did not apologise to me at the end when everything was clear and it was there mistake not mine and he was yelling at me in front of everybody that i waste his time. I can't believe how come he is still a manager even the staff apologised to me but not him. i was embarrassed for not doing nothing wrong. Terrible customer service and will never return to this place again."

"Worst chemist in the area. Had a faulty item to return and was embarrassed by owner SETI in front of people as to how it's 'not faulty'. Waited 40 minutes to walk out with the same faulty item as they called places to see what they could do for me. Was told that it would be a 'loss' to the business to give me a refund and ended up walking out with the same faulty item... Went straight to Fountain Gate Chemist Warehouse with the same item and was given a refund and apology straight away. No questions asked. Wasn't even a 5 minute process. Terrible customer service and will never return to this place. Save your time and take a trip to the FG store, you won't be left unheard."

"Very unprofessional and rude staff. The pharmacist told me last time to bring a prescription when I brought the prescription from my GP a week ago. Then, I went there to purchase the eye drop I wanted and I waited for half an hour. They just refused to give it because the staff said the prescription should be sent by the Doctor and did not give me the drop. What kind of people are they? They don't understand the people's requirements."

"Hampton Park outlet is the worst outlet I have visited ,very unprofessional ,there is a lack of providing professional services ,missing prescriptions, stop sending msg to tell your prescriptions is ready for pickup and then to be told it’s already delivered. Today was supposed to pick up prescriptions and they can’t find it,.Stop blaming the computer it’s the other one who was at the other end . Find a proper system of collection of prescriptions. Shop cleanliness ZERO, pile of boxes everywhere ."
