"They try to present themselves like Chemist Warehouse but they are anything but. Stand inside this place and look around for 1 minute and you will see what kind of dodgy, dishonest and simply untrustworthy operation they are running. Awful service, ridiculously overpriced products (which the cashier's just make up on the spot I've recently learned). Far more professional and ethical pharmacists found up the road on high street. No idea how these guys have a license to legally operate as a pharmacy."
"I was struggling with my asthma and having difficulty breathing, and in desperation for help I went to this chemist where I met a lovely man named Peter. Peter went above and beyond to help me when I was in a time of need. He assisted me by sitting me down with a cup of water, and appointing me to the required medication to help me in the moment. Peter was very very caring and helped me a lot in this stressful moment. I had previously visited 3 other chemists where I was rejected help and was told there was “nothing they could do.” Peter’s kindness and compassion helped me so much, and saved me from what could have been a horrible outcome. I am very grateful for the help. Another man who I believe was named Michael was also of great assistance as well. Customer service at this chemist was above any I have ever been to, and I am very grateful for the help I was given."
"Went there for my booster shot for my pharmacy placements after I booked at 7pm. Peter was fantastic, a great person to talk to and offer advice in my future as a pharmacist as well as make the injection painless. Would absolutely recommend coming here not only for booster shots but also for your normal medication. Peter’s technique is incredible when injecting, felt nothing. Overall a great experience"
"Watch out for this place! I went in recently to get a Rifaximin antibiotic compounded and they charged me $250, which is a lot more than what my doctor said it would cost, this made me wonder if I was getting ripped off.. turns out I was indeed taken for a ride :( Since I still had to continue my treatment for a second round, I decided to give a different pharmacy a shot to see what they would charge me for the same Rifaximin, and to be clear, this was the same compound with the same amount of dosage, well well… it only costed $126. So I was overcharged by $124 for the same product."
