Novotel Melbourne South Wharf

"Enjoyed my stay at the Novotel. Very nice room and great view across the city. Good location amongst the south wharf shops and short walk into CBD. The gym was probably the best equipped hotel gym I’ve been to. Few minor negatives, the shower would fall whenever there wasn’t any water pressure and could have done with being a rain shower. Also there was no conditioner or moisturiser. The restaurant isn’t open during lunch which was a minor inconvenience but there’s plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area."

"Very good location to Convention Centre, DFO and Casino. The front desk staff were lovely in the room, was neat and tidy. No mini bar but did have a small fridge, and room service was good."

"My husband and I arrived on Friday the 11/08/23 and from the moment we got there the service was impeccable. We were greeted by George with an extremely warm welcome and taken to our room and definitely looked after, he made us both feel important. George and the rest of the team all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone due to this level of service it was faultless. We've stayed in many different hotels & the Novotel would have to be the best for service."

"The housekeeping and check in service was top class. Our room was well appointed. Bed was comfy, and the pillow menu made sleep easy. Instant hot water and quality towels provided and the buffet breakfast was a great way to start the morning. Definitely worth a repeat stay."
