"Was on a hen in Kilkenny this weekend and my friend had a seizure. I couldn't thank the staff enough for there help. They were amazing they closed the shop witout any hesitation on losing out on business, they rang an ambulance and acted immediately by putting her in the recovery position. They got in contact with us and made sure they cared for her until we arrived. They blocked the door as people were been nosey and gave her the privacy she needed. They were fantastic asking did she need something to lie on, was she thirsty, cold could they ring anyone else. All the staff made sure to give her space and just went around filling the shelves and making her feel as comfortable as possible not to be staring at her. I would highly recommend this shop for there kind, caring, wonderful staff. Thanks again."
