"Special offer basket at checkouts are really annoying as they get in the way and block getting through to use self service or till. Can't get through with buggy or even be comfortable paying for my shopping without feeling in the way with buggy when really it's those damn baskets taken up space. Its same on shop floor having to fight way round baskets. It's a health and safety risk and I've reported it to HSA . As a customer I should be able to pay for my shopping without hassle."
"Staff absolutely useless, standing around and talking. Ques at the self checkouts and staff talking to each other instead serving then on tills. Monsters never in fridge despite there's designated space in fridge. When I asked staff what's the reason for fridge being empty she just shook her head and walked away. Useless. If I was the owner I fire them all."
"Was in the shop today and I really regret not saying anything i just walked out unfortunately, but I'm not bit impressed with a staff member don't know if she is a manager she has blond her anyway, the way she spoke to a fellow staff member was absolutely terrible i was in another isle and could here her because of how loudly and angrily she spoke to him, no1 is better than another so that ignorant woman needs to get off her high horse. If not i buy from the shop often I'd give one star."
