They sourced a cooker for me and it was delivered in three working days by a lovely friendly driver. He removed all the packaging, placed it where we wanted it and took away the packaging and the old cooker. Got an email a few hours later from Jeremy saying he had registered the cooker for me and we now had a 3 years manufacturers guarantee. Absolutely delighted with the cooker and the service. "Shocking customer service. Didn’t have an audio adaptor I needed and was encouraged to buy a very expensive make shift one instead. After buying It I found the one I actually wanted else where, so went to return my product unopened, with a receipt, only to be told NO! Credit notes only!!! When I asked about this it was like talking to a parrot, credit notes only, credit notes only, credit notes only. That was the response to every question asked! I will NEVER Do business here again."
