"First time in the Kilkenny store in well over a year. Had a great browse, spotted some great bargains.Store was spotless and uncluttered. Conor, the young man on the checkout displayed excellent customer care skills from start to finish, apologising to me when he had to double check the price of one particular item, letting me know what he was doing next and then asking if I would still like to purchase the item given it turned out to be €5 more than the sticker on it read. (I rarely have such an attentive sales assistant when I shop!). This particular young man was the cherry on top to a great visit to the store! Please pass my thanks onto him.
