"Very disappointed with the customer service, sent back a sweater that my Mum had bought for me that was too small and was told that they couldn't accept it because it had makeup on the neck. I told the lady that I had noticed that when I first took it out of the bag to try on, so it was there when it was sold to my mum. The shop assistant insisted that the item wouldn't have been sold in that condition, then she told me there was a stain on the front (i didn't notice this as i tried it on and put it back in the bag). Again this must have been on the item when it was sold. The shop assistant implied that I had worn the item. The attitude of the shop assistant was very poor and unhelpful. She said it was my word against hers!! My mum is now out of pocket and I have no jumper. Disgraceful treatment of a customer in my opinion."
"This is a cute boutique in town, good for a quick peek if you need a short space-filler between tourist duties or while waiting for the weather to change. The staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. However, be wary that the things that are stocked in limited supply here may be easily found at other stores for much more affordable prices. There certainly are some unique items in this shop, but I was convinced that a pair of earrings was a unique find and paid a decent amount for them, only to see them for 1/4 the price at the Forever 21-like store, New Look, in Dublin and Galway. This may be a tourist trap of a shop, but it is cute, and the employees are sweet."
