"I bought an Apple charger in late Sept/Oct this year and it didn't work so I tried to bring it back a week later. The woman working there made it so difficult, she said my phone must be dirty and then cleaned it for me. When it still didn't work, she claimed it was a problem with my phone, even when I explained other chargers had worked. She only relented when her own phone wouldn't charge with it. She didn't apologise or offer me a refund and it took another man working there (who was really nice) to step in and offer me a replacement charger. I took it, even though I'd said I had wanted a refund. The new charger worked but has stopped working already (2 months later). I rarely leave negative reviews for places but I really had such a negative experience with the woman who was working there and with the two Apple chargers I bought, and I wish I had stood my ground and gotten a refund."
