B&Q Galway

"The Galway shop has very little stock vs other B&q stores. I checked online and 3 things I need are available on the website as being in stock, arrived and your out of stock. 45 mins drive for nothing and the staff have no clue why they have no products but they are available when looking online. Athlone is 50 mins drive and they have more selection and everything is in stock. Management need to do better in organising stock, getting in more products and keeping the place running. Disappointed as the store could be so much better as demonstrated by the other shops. Also, please water your indoor plans, 40 euro for a brown stick is a bit much."

"This place is a joke, there was a long queue gathering, and three members of staff gathered at one till trying to figure out a refund, and all i wanted to do was get a price for an item, but noone could do that. B&Q put the prices of items up where customers can see them, and then we do not have to deal with staff, and manager who are so rude!!! So i did what any reasonable person would do, I walked out never to return!!!"
