"Dined here for my birthday and we were blown away. Definitely a high level 1 star Michelin with every course hitting the spot and like art. Stunning views onto the Ballylinch stud."
"Absolutely amazing experience. The staff were absolutely lovely and explained all the dishes. The food was excellent my taste buds were tingling with the flavours. So bravo to the chef and kitchen staff. Overall a calm and relaxing evening which I will definitely do again. Thank you!"
"My husband and I brought 5 people with us who had never been to a Michelin star restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. The staff were rude and stuffy and insinuated they knew what our patrons’ preferences would be. I had to step in and insist they produce a replacement dish, since she simply didn’t eat pigeon, veal, nor fish - she felt bullied and had resigned to ordering something she didn’t plan to eat (!!!) …we didn’t ask them to modify their dish simply to produce a dish from the kids’ menu. There was constant confusion about who ordered what and we couldn’t get anyone’s attention toward the end of the meal (for more water, coffee, etc) as they’d moved on to serving other tables (it had gotten busier). Food was A+, service is not on par with fine dining or any Michelin star I’ve attended."
"Out of the many Michelin star restaurants I’ve been to, this has been one that was disappointing to me. The flavors were not overly creative nor unique. The best part of the menu was the dessert cart. However, everything else was not mind blowing. I had the opportunity to visit Aniar in Galway which also has 1 Michelin star and that’s a must visit. If I had to pick, I would skip this one and go to Aniar."
"Exceptional. Best Micheline restaurant that we’ve been (so far :D) Service was amazing which made it even better. Due to government restriction, we had to go for 3 course because we didn’t stay in Mount Juliet. However, definitely would like to come back and stay as well."
